The Jitsie aluminium flywheel cover protector for Beta Sincro models is designed to prevent damage to the flywheel cover and/or clutch slave cylinder nipple caused by a broken or derailed chain. CNC machined from high-quality aluminium, this protector adds a strong layer of defence to one of the engine’s most exposed areas.
- the clutch slave cylinder is mounted with 3 bolts – loosen and remove the 2 bolts located on the far right side
- carefully create a small amount of slack in the clutch hose to make installation easier
- position the Jitsie flywheel cover protector and install it using the 2 original bolts
- tighten the bolts securely (⚠️ do not overtighten the bolts)
- after installation, check that there are no oil leaks and make sure the clutch operates correctly
