The original Beta Sincro radiator mounting bolt uses a steel threaded insert with a rubber top bonded onto it. Over time, the rubber part can separate from the threaded part, potentially allowing the radiator to become loose while riding.
To eliminate this weak point, we developed a completely new CNC machined radiator bolt manufactured from premium 303 stainless steel. Unlike an aluminium bolt, which can become difficult to remove when dirt and corrosion build up in the threads, the stainless steel material helps ensure consistent installation and removal over time.
The bolt features a dual-tool design, allowing installation with either a Torx T25 driver or a 10mm hex tool.
