Sherco Cryptically Confirm Adam Raga for 2024
When TRS announced that it would not be renewing its contract with Adam Raga, who has been their main rider since 2016 Adam began to actively seek opportunities and negotiate with various brands since September. It has been a challenging process for him to find a project that aligns with his goals, sponsors, and ensures his competitiveness. After extensive testing and negotiations, Adam has finally secured a contract with SHERCO, although there is no official confirmation from either party at this time. The details of the contract, such as its duration, have not been disclosed yet. Nevertheless, this opportunity presents a significant challenge for Adam Raga, who has previously raced for GASGAS and TRRS in his career. SHERCO has recently introduced a redesigned model powered by electronic injection, which is still undergoing refinement to achieve optimal competitiveness. There are even discussions about the possibility of Adam racing with a carburetion-powered version, which may be released alongside the injection model. In the upcoming days, the official presentation of Adam Raga as a SHERCO rider is expected before the DL12 Indoor Trial on the 13th January and it is likely that he will be partnering with Benoit Bincaz. Jeroni Fajardo the other SHERCO pilot has thus far been silent with respect to has plans for 2024 but it would seem he will ride for either SCORPA or ELECTRIC MOTION.
