We offer FREE UK Shipping on all orders over £50

Items will be sent out using a range of couriers, Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcel Force for larger ones.

Generally, during normal times, items will arrive within 2-4 working days if you chose 48 hour postage. If you require a faster delivery than this then the option to use next day delivery is available at checkout.

International items are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked postage the cost of this is determined at the time of checkout and varies based on the current price of this service at any given time.

Some of our items are "special order" these are identified by the text, in green, "0 Items in Stock- Available to Order" If you buy one of these items it will usually ship in 3-4 business days. If there is going to be a delay longer than this we will be in touch to advise you of the delivery time scale.

Returns

We are happy to accept any stock items for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and with each manufacturer's tags still attached.
Non-stock/specially ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand.
